Brighter Days Mental Health Services requires submission of intake forms, photo identification, and insurance information from new patients no later than 5pm the day before their appointment. If intake forms, photo ID, and insurance information is not received before the submission deadline you will have to reschedule. We have to do this ensure that all appointments begin as promptly as possible.
